After making some adjustments, we love it now.
Working. Like the looks, if anything. The only downside is you have to be careful as after installing and installing it on the wall with herbs etc the shelf came loose as you couldn't hold it together securely. Luckily none of the containers broke. Only one lid of the container had a dent from a fall. "Happy". My husband attached very small black zip ties to each side of each shelf to keep it from falling apart again. That fixed the problem and doesn't look bad at all.
