LENGTH NOT RECOMMENDED 9.75 "

Attention these filters are not 9.75" as stated in the description but 10". The filters I replaced are 9 .75" tall and the extra 1/4" is enough to prevent the canister from sealing properly (e.g. it doesn't fit the o-ring snugly. I later bought these from Lowes and they fit perfectly, see photo .
