Review on ICEbear by Shaylon Bateson

As an ICEbear regular, I must admit that I'm very dissatisfied with both their product quality and level of customer care. Although their collection is hip and current, the goods are made of poor quality materials and don't last very long. I bought a coat from ICEbear in specific, and after just a few uses, it began to fall apart. I requested a refund or swap through customer service, but I only received a dismissive response and no help with my issue. Additionally, I've observed that their prices have significantly increased without a commensurate rise in quality. Paying a premium for goods that fall short of my standards is infuriating. Overall, ICEbear's lack of quality and subpar customer service make it difficult to justify buying there, despite the fact that they may have trendy styles. I would advise anyone seeking for reasonably priced, high-quality clothing to look elsewhere.
