Review on GoGroupBooking by Phil Casey

The app is very user friendly, it has all the necessary features to make our day-to-day operations easy. The customer support team is also excellent at handling any issues that arise. I would like to see more customisation options for the app which is currently limited. We have been able to streamline our booking process by using GoGroupBooking. The best thing is that they have an automated system, which saves us time by doing all of our billing for hotels ourselves! I think it could be better if you had more options to customize your own dashboard so as not every business needs exactly what's in this platform (e-mail reminders etc.). We are solving problems like those mentioned above because there was no other way out but using online booking platforms such as Groupon or Booked Hotels Online.
