Nothing actually holds the drive, so I removed the metal plate that does nothing and put a screw in one of the bolt holes to center the m.2 and lock it maintain contact with the m.2 interface. Some double-sided foam tape on some of the ones (which are now air vents) moved the drive a little closer to the center. I will most likely be using this drive with a USB extender and rear half. In general, I would choose a suitable housing.
