It doesn't keep my coffee warm
It doesn't get hot enough to keep my coffee (ceramic/glass mug) warm. I wasn't expecting it to keep my coffee hot right out of the pot, just warm enough that I didn't have to put it in the microwave to warm it up. I would not buy it again nor would I recommend it.
