I'm buying cards to use with items I designed for a craft show. When I made sterling silver jewelry, I laid some of the jewelry on cards and then placed it in a plastic container. When I got to the craft show and started customizing, I found that all of the decorations on these postcards were tarnished by the chemicals released from these postcards. The longer the item is on the map, the stronger the fading. I shared some maps with someone else and their decorations had the exact same issue. Needless to say, having all of this jewelry polished just before the show opened was appalling. All of these decorations were either sterling silver or solid silver and were carefully polished/cleaned before being placed on the postcard. The design of the card is good but the product it is made of is terrible. It cannot be used to store jewelry or displays. if you don't want to polish again and again.
