The product arrived with two small "bubbles" of delamination which in less than an hour in the sun grew into a huge amount of bubbles under the thick glass surface. These bubbles were NOT due to a protective plastic film remaining on it (my husband removed this thin film), they formed between the solar cell and the top glass surface when the panel was heated in the sun (85 degrees). My husband couldn't push the bubbles down or pierce them with a needle because the bubble was under the "glass". Initially, voltage could be measured and reacted to solar radiation (max. more than 7.3 V), but current could not be measured. The stress level decreased as the delamination progressed (see photo). My husband is an electrical engineer and wrote most of this so I warn you do not buy this panel.
