Review on Maximize Towing Capacity with CURT 19100 Camper RV Bumper Hitch: 4-Inch Beam, 2-Inch Receiver, 3,500 lbs by Chris Thrower

The box was completely unsealed and open so anyone could steal the contents. And it was obvious that there was no tape or anything to try to close the box. I even videotaped myself getting ready to pick up the box because I was so shocked it was completely loose. Upon installation we then discovered that the part was mismanufactured and the dimensions were incorrect, causing it to be crooked where the bumper goes. The husband had to nail it to the bumper and work hard to make it work. I would have ordered a new one but we didn't have time and to be honest my expectations of this company were very low given the issues with them. Extremely disappointed with the lack of care in delivery and the poor quality of the towbar! Definitely not recommended for all the reasons mentioned
