Oh my gosh the best protein powder ever and I've tried A LOT. I will definitely repeat the order. First of all - for those of you concerned about the fructose ingredient - NOT; I encourage those who would not buy because of this issue to visit the product's FAQ webpage (under "Ingredients and Processing") where fructose is discussed and you will find some great recipes. You can bake with it! I ordered a vanilla bean this time and look forward to trying other flavors although I see it as a flavor due to the versatility factor. First shake I made: mixed with pea milk, greek yogurt, pomegranate seeds and ice cream - mixed in my ninja for about 15 seconds and voila - delicious healthy shake in seconds! This powder has absolutely no chalky consistency when mixed properly. - the texture is smooth, dare I say silky! I agree with some of the other reviews that the powder is quite fluffy, but it's not too bad. (Good supplemental powders should work, they mix great!) Finally, I'll also admit that I was torn about which PlantFusion product would be best for me since I was very close to going organic (for the love of obviously organic but also fermented ingredients). ) and I'm so glad I went for it - the discussion ended for me after trying it, especially since you can't use organic for baking. I would have a hard time liking the quality/flavor/nutritional profile of any other protein powder at any price better.
