The software has been very easy to use for my team members with little training! I am able to keep track of all our products across multiple departments within one platform which makes it easier than ever before when dealing with purchasing decisions or questions about inventory levels amongst other things.
There are some features we would like but this isn't something they can implement at their own discretion so sometimes there's nothing much more i could do as an admin user without contacting support directly - however Skypim have always responded quickly whenever issues arise and help us resolve them straight away (which was really helpful!). We've also had great customer service from both Support Team & Sales Teams over Skype/Email who were quick to respond to any queries regarding functionality etc. This program does exactly what its supposed too - keeping everything together under 1 roof ensuring no double entries into databases / emails being sent out by.
