Review on 🚗 K&N Cold Air Intake Kit: Boost Horsepower for 2010-2013 KIA (Forte, Forte Koup, Forte5) by Timothy Bobbert

I have a K&N air intake on my 5.3 liter Silverado and it impressed me so I chose it for my Forte. I saw a video online demonstrating the difference in sound and couldn't believe it - thought they moved the mic or something. I can say that the sound is radically different and much rougher with this inlet. In the 4-5,000 rpm range you can really hear it, but in the 2,000-3,000 range it will still snarl a bit. Very impressed with the difference he has made with the 4 cylinder engine and very happy with his purchase. The instructions leave a lot to be desired, but if you're fiddling around in the engine compartment, you shouldn't have a problem. If you want a deeper engine sound, then this is for you.
