The very useful tool for communicating with others in the business or any other organization!
The fact that it can communicate with other channels such as Whatsapp, Telegram or even Skype without needing an agent in every one of those environments makes this tool stand out from all others I've used before for my business needs - which are many! This bot has been very useful since we started using Salesforce Chatter (and now Teams) within our organization because you do not need agents anymore when communicating via video chat services like Zoom etc., just send them directly to your channel if they want access through any means; also helps reducing costs by eliminating extra employees/agents needed otherwise but having said so there's nothing bad about anything at least for what i have experienced thus far.- Easy setup- Abletness across platforms including Android devices-.
- The fact that you can send messages to any channel you wish (FB, Twitter, etc.) and have the bot reply to them, also you can also have the bot send messages to other channels as well
- The bot is not really easy to setup if you have never done anything like this before
