The very useful tool for communicating with others in the business or any other organization!

The fact that it can communicate with other channels such as Whatsapp, Telegram or even Skype without needing an agent in every one of those environments makes this tool stand out from all others I've used before for my business needs - which are many! This bot has been very useful since we started using Salesforce Chatter (and now Teams) within our organization because you do not need agents anymore when communicating via video chat services like Zoom etc., just send them directly to your…

Pros
  • The fact that you can send messages to any channel you wish (FB, Twitter, etc.) and have the bot reply to them, also you can also have the bot send messages to other channels as well
Cons
  • The bot is not really easy to setup if you have never done anything like this before

A useful application made even better thanks

I like that it's integrated with slack, so we can have real-time feedback from our customers. It also helps us manage different projects at once by keeping them all in one place. The UI could be improved - sometimes there are bugs or features not working as expected which makes it difficult for new users (and me!) to figure out how everything works together. We use stand up bot internally but haven't released any of this functionality yet, however if you're looking into using something similar
