My printer didn't work at all. It kept giving me error messages about magenta ink cartridges after replacing them 3 times. So I ordered and replaced the drum and used a new cartridge from a box of color cartridges that I ordered from LINKO at the same time. I reset the drum counter and everything worked perfectly. I've had this printer for almost 5 years now and this is the second time I've had to change drums. This is a lot cheaper than buying a new printer. One thing I know: don't store cartridges for too long without using them. They dry out and can damage the drums. Thanks Leslie
