I like how easy it is for our sales team to interact with customers online via the website. The only thing i dislike about this software is that sometimes you can't see some of your emails after hours or during the weekend. Definitely try out the live chat feature if possible! It's helping us build relationships quicker and help potential clients faster when they need help right away. We are able to get more done in less time by using this program. I like that you can easily see how many people are searching for your product or service and what keywords they used to find you. The website is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Sometimes it's hard to tell if you're logged in or not when you're trying to do something. I would like to be able to log in with my google account so I don't have to create a new one every time I want to use the site. It's nice to know who is looking for our products. We get lots of leads from this as well.
