I like how easy it is for our sales team to interact with customers online via the website. The only thing i dislike about this software is that sometimes you can't see some of your emails after hours or during the weekend. Definitely try out the live chat feature if possible! I like that it is easy for me as an individual user who just needs basic data gathering from my customers to put together reports in Excel without having access or use of macros which makes this program ideal if you are looking at customer base size alone (no macro needed).
