This cable is definitely changing, it's not always the same in the packaging. Several reviews fail to mention the actual specs/characteristics of the voltage on the cable itself. What I received is marked: ESHENG PAI STYLE3476035P 3135 18AWG 200°C 600V VW-1 SILICONE RUBBER "3135" meets the UL3135 jumper wire specification so while it may not be _listed_ it claims to meet the spec . If you need a verifiable certificate, you should of course look elsewhere. The insulation is high quality and absolutely thick enough to withstand 600V, but no, it doesn't look like it has any certifications. I trust it for things I plug in for my own use; Of course, note that these may not always be the same.
