First you need to unscrew the top and bottom parts and use the original parts on the Senty Safe. Otherwise it will bang and not close properly. The second issue I encountered was using the buttons on the safe. The stand is too strong and causes sticking when the buttons are pressed. I really hope it wears out after a little use. But the key works great. My safe isn't biometric so I can't tell you how it works. Overall, this is a much better option than the original, but it still comes with its own issues. I didn't respond to reviews because it's not specifically about a safe, but a fully functional rack.
