Review on Ideal Electrical 35-204 Combo Head Cushioned Grip Screwdriver: Cabinet, Phillips & Square Bit - Ultimate Tool for Precision Screwdriving by Mike Cody

I'm a professional electrician and thought this would be the perfect screwdriver for installing appliances. Unfortunately, part of the slotted tip broke off the second time I used it. I contacted Ideal and the rep told me I would have to pay to send the broken tip back so they could replace it under warranty. So I already spent $13 on a poor quality screwdriver and now I have to spend $5 to send it back? This is being sent to the trash as I'm sure the next one won't be any better. The lesson here is don't buy ideal hand tools. This warranty experience is the complete opposite of what I had with Gardner Bender when one of their products failed. I contacted them, sent them a copy of the proof of purchase and they FedEx me a free replacement.
