I had a hard time deciding to give a 3 or 4 star rating. My daughter asked for a locket with her grandma's in it for her birthday. I found this and discovered that it wouldn't be here until Feb 3rd I believe. But if I paid an additional $40 I could have it between Jan. 19-23( I placed the order January 10). I needed it by the 26th so I did it. I received an email saying that the package was running late. No biggie. Things happen right. Then it was the 24th and then the 25th. starting sweating a little. I emailed the company and asked where it was. The response was they were sorry, and they would get it to me when they could basically. Got a little irritated and asked for my $40 back since it was not here by said date. We went back and forth a little and they offered me half back on the shipping. I ended up receiving the necklace on the Jan. 27th. The necklace itself wasn't bad. It was a great 9 yr old gift. I went with 3 stars because I feel like I should have gotten all of the additional shipping back. To me that's just good business. but eh, what do I know? Everything turned out fine. My daughter loved the necklace. The picture I put in it was okay. But will I ever pay for additional shipping again?. NO. Will I ever order from this company again? Probably not. Should have just taken it to a local Mom and Pops place to have it done. It would have been pretty much the same timeline and probably just a few dollars more. Lesson learned! I won't get in a hurry again. 3 stars for trying to make it right. The fact the quality was not as bad as I expected when I realized it was coming from over seas was why I wanted to give a 4 but I guess I am still a little sour on the whole shipping thing. Like I said, great gift for a 9 yr old girl!
