Pacific Digital just isn't the right place to buy CDRWs. It is so easy. Whatever speed you want, be it internal or external, look elsewhere.[]They are not supported. Luckily I'm an advanced user and can set up without a manual. Those who don't consider themselves "advanced users" be prepared to be disappointed! Guarantees are pointless. These devices are only suitable for occasional use. If you burn a lot, your block will break. It's not an "if" question, it's a "when" question. The internal hardware mechanics are just cheaply assembled. However, if the device is running, then everything is fine. Some still get severe burns, even with sleep deprivation buffer protection. But it reads CDs and occasionally does a successful burn. Nero is Nero, no matter which drive. I think the software is on par with Roxio. However, with the exception of the disc ripping utility, CD compilation programs and dedicated burning software are not that good. You may need documentation on what disc format you can use to make your own recordings. Good luck finding her. This disc is not included. Save yourself the hassle and invest in a different drive.
