I've been using this for a few months now. I've tried many wine openers over the years and hoped this one wouldn't be a cheap disappointment. A lot of reviews called it durable so I ordered it. It's heavier than my previous one and seems to open a lot of bottles regardless of cork type. The tip is easy to pierce and the gears gently pull out the cork. Very happy!
