I gave 2 stars because the quality and appearance of the product was great except the advertised shoes had straps. The shoe that appeared was just a shoe. I sent it back and went back to order the one with the strap. I found it and this time I didn't automatically go to the checkout, but added it to the shopping cart. I went back to the wagon and it was strapless again. I canceled and asked my husband to do so in case I missed something. We go back to the checkout and the shoes change to strapless shoes. Very embarrassing and misleading! I gave up after the fourth time and decided to order the shoes elsewhere.
