Love this set. Which of course starts to peel off after a few years. No matter how careful you are. This set looks great on my pot rack and cooks evenly. It takes a little getting used to, but it works. I've read complaints about copper discoloration. yes it happens But the magic fix is a quick application of copper polish. And as good as new. I know they won't look the same over time, but that's okay. At least I no longer have non-stick coating in my food! Note. The photos provided prove that they can be redeemed even if they change color. My experience was pretty extreme when I made the mistake of cooking the tortillas in the pan pictured. Anyone who knows how to make tortillas knows that the pan has to be hot. I won't do it again haha.
