Last year I delved into the world of cherry jam and I really liked this activity, especially the taste. But pitting cherries by hand was a hassle, so this year I made a small investment in this lightweight and easy-to-use cherry pit. I love it! This saved as much time as my sanity. I highly recommend this if you want to pit more than a few cherries at a time.
