I've read a lot of conflicting reviews about this thermometer but I thought I had to give it a try. I'm so glad I did. It takes a little getting used to setting the desired temperature for the sensor if you're not already using one of the presets, but once you get the hang of it, it's great. I must have used it about 20 times and it worked very well. I definitely recommend if you cook a lot and can't be by the oven or grill every second while your food is cooking you can set this mode and it will notify you when your food has reached the desired temperature. be and you can return.
