UPDATE: Well it finally fell apart completely. The company sent me a brand new sprayer but it was never leak free. Then the button to switch from jet to spray stopped working. And just recently I turned on the water and the internal mechanisms of the head fell out. I tried to unscrew it again, but it just won't hold. It's time to buy a new faucet. Save yourself the heartache (and installation prices) and buy something not made in China. It really is a piece of junk. Only served 1 year. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought this as part of a kitchen renovation. It was not installed immediately as the rebuild took a little longer than expected. There's no way to return it once I've finally opened and installed it. First, the clamp holding the sprayer nozzle fell apart. The company took it very well, they sent me the details and emailed me until they were sent. (Pretty quick actually since it came from China.) Now that it's installed I can see that the spray function is ok but the streaming function is not. If "Flow" is selected, the jet continues to drip and cannot be stopped. It also leaks from the cuff (which connects to the hose) but I think a larger shim should help. Also, you can't remove the screen to clean it, which ends up being a bigger problem when it gets clogged with sediment. There are no savings here. I would recommend buying one for installation and one for parts. I only gave these 2 stars because the seller was able to supply one of the parts. UPDATE - The seller immediately sent me a completely new spray head. Unfortunately, there is now a leak where the spray head meets the hose and the leak is much bigger than before. I used tape, put in a new washer but nothing helps. There's even a small leak that splashes down the side so you get splashes in your face when you turn on the water. Save yourself the heartache and don't buy this faucet. I downgraded my rating to 1 star.
