This printer worked fine for a few months then one day I went out to print 2 shipping labels. It stopped halfway and my computer shut down completely and never turned back on. After the diagnostic tests, I confirmed that the printer was sending a massive surge of electricity through my computer, causing the power adapter to fail and burning out the USB cable connected to the printer. Support wanted to send me a new USB cable, not even a new device so I could fry another computer before they send me a refund or compensation for my damaged computer. RUN FROM THIS BRAND! Terrible customer support and refuses to admit faults for their product. Only buy this if you want to kill someone's computer for fun.
