Review on Thermometer Aeecruny Backlight Calibration Grilling by Ashley Branch

Our old "instant" thermometer broke so I was in desperate need of a new one because we check all our meats and I always use the temperature to know when I have to take the baked goods out of the oven. We (speaking of the rest of the family, too) don't particularly care about meat temperature guidelines. Mainly because it's a tiny, awkward font. The rest of the thermometer is standard. It differs from our old one in two ways. First, the probe is not spring loaded. You have to open it manually, which is not a problem. Secondly, it differs in that it is much faster. I still wouldn't say it's instant, but it's nice not to stand around and watch the numbers go up.
