this meat thermometer is perfect for me and cooking in the kitchen because I love everything over the top so where there is no moisture everything seems to dry out. However, my family disagrees with me and they love to have their meat cooked to keep it juicy and perfectly cooked. So I knew I had to do something and a thermometer is the answer. With this thermometer, I can get meat to the perfect temperature and then stop cooking it for her. Better yet, it's digital so it's easy to read. I just stick it in the meat and it automatically reads the temperature. it also tells me what temperature each meeting should be, right on the little chart on the front, which I really liked. it also came with a cardboard card. My family is happy that there is no more overcooked food for them.
