Contrary to some claims, no installation instructions were included. The datasheet on the Morris website lists the torque but not the strip length, which seems like a very important omission. Honestly, strip length is more important than torque. 89 is stuck and I don't have a torque wrench. I'll tighten it as tight as I can without breaking it, as with any electrical connection. But I really want to know how many wires to strip. It would also be nice to know "inside" - should the stripped wires in the housing overlap or is there a stop in the middle? Whether the hexagonal screw sits in the middle of the contacting rod or the hexagonal screw lies directly in the cable path. Considering it's filled with black goo, your customers are flying blind here. A little more information would be reassuring.
