I really wanted to like this because I have a branded vacuum cleaner that is a few years old but is heavier and I just wanted to upgrade but it switches off and gets stuck and often not even when he's on something. I live in zigzag cleaning mode. Rotating brushes also often fall off. It starts very well and I love the remote control and all the features but it didn't stop when it hit my cat and my cat was cornered. Of course I grabbed it and showed it that it wasn't afraid, but for some reason where the sensors were didn't work, sometimes when I pick it up I don't feel it either. He switches off and says something, but I can't remember exactly what. So I can't recommend it. It comes very nicely packaged, but it just needs a few adjustments and you're good to go.
