High-quality and strong resistance!
I just bought these because my older set of workout bands wore out. I was looking for something high-quality that would last a long time but that also had very high strength resistance. These fit the bill perfectly! The set came with 3 different bands with varying degrees of resistance with the smallest band being very strong & durable for muscle building.
- They are easy to clean and maintain, simply wipe them down with a damp cloth.
- May not be suitable for those who prefer doing resistance training with free weights
