Updated 10/27/21I washed the rug for the first time. Followed all the instructions and was so disappointed, the black squares 'ran' onto the white squares and it's a mess! And naturally I can't get my money back. There's no way to know this will happen unless you wash it and I didn't need to until the 30 days had already passed. 😔 I should've washed iy when I received it just so I would know. Lesson learned. End Update 10/27/21.Love the rug. Seems well made. Didn't have too many wrinkles though it came folded up in a box. You have to use a rug pad beneath it. I got something similar to the Gorilla Rug Pad. They look like rug size shelf liner. Holds it in place excellently. Haven't had to deal with spills or a stain yet. I would definitely purchase again.
