I have a three stage 90 PVC hole hydroponic system that works with this pump. I have a fairly large tub installed next to a PVC piping system, this pump in the tub is filled with feed water. This pump works well with the piping system. I checked the roots of the plants from top to bottom and every plant I tested had a very wet and healthy root system. This is what I need for my plants to thrive - a good pump and a mix of water and nutrients that are checked regularly to make sure they can handle it. Good light of course but without a properly working pump the system falls apart and this pump works well.
