Excellent customer service! Works for everything except what I bought it for (Nintendo Switch)
I am not giving a 5 star rating for the product itself, I am giving the company/seller a 5 star rating. The product didn't work for the reason I bought it, which was the Nintendo Switch. I repeat, this product DOES NOT WORK for Nintendo Switch, but it works for everything else I've tried. So overall it's a good product, but it just didn't work for the reason I bought it. However, the seller was great and gave no problems with returning the money spent on the product. Again, the product works great for everything I've tried other than what I bought it for and the customer service has been fantastic!
