A buddy of mine installed this on his ATV. I've ridden it (on level ground) and loved the feel of this throttle master. Well, that changed in about 10 seconds once I installed it on my ATV and hit the road. This expands your gas so it's wider and longer. A big problem. You can no longer drive and hold the steering wheel. Your palm is too far back. The first time it caused me to not react quickly enough on a fast S-turn and I slammed my quad straight into a tree (thank god for the crash bars). In my opinion, this is clearly an untested trick. Even the manuals recommend trimming the grips so they don't "get stuck" at open throttle. Do yourself a favor and use the factory choke. I'm sure your ATV manufacturer did a lot more research into the optimal position than whoever did this.
