I found this caliper in one of the sales. That's a good caliper. I wouldn't call it class leadership, but it works pretty well. Accuracy seems good for what I'm doing with it, but if you need more then you won't buy something like this again. Seems fine for those of us who don't need $200 ultra-precision calipers. I'm an amateur so that seems fine to me. Much better than the one I bought from Harber Freight for $20. The only problem I noticed and it may just be me, is that if you don't block the movement, the screen turns on when I move the box where it's saved. The thumbscrew on top prevents the slider from moving and also appears to prevent the slider from automatically rotating on the screen.
