Best 2 way scanner for the money

1999 Chev Express Launch 2way (purchased from Revain) scan tool showed transmission in 2nd position while parked. Uneven voltage at solenoid 1-2. Ordered a gasket, 1-2 and 2-3 filter solenoid and TFP (Transmission Fluid Pressure) switch. All AC Delco internal parts (less than $100 AMZ :-)) match and match original quality. Saved the $1,000 trance "Perestroika". Eze to install plug and play once the pan is down) #mechaniclife
