As a trailblazer, I prefer dark roast Pacific, Arabic, or African coffee. The search for organic decaf coffee from these regions is limited to drinking decaffeinated coffee. The raw, smoky flavor overshadows any other notes that might have been in these beans. If you like stuff like this in your morning coffee, you'll love drinking this. To use it, I blended it with another brand of organic decaffeinated coffee that's on the other, unflavored end of the spectrum. This morning I broke down and sipped my wife's cup of Peet's dark roast Kenyan coffee and thought about what a great cup of coffee tastes like. Coming back to my disappointing cup of tasteless + over roasted coffee I had to give this review. My quest for a decaffeinated organic dark roast coffee with complex flavors continues.
