Great for migraines
Well as you can see from the pictures (haha) it's more than enough for your face! It is beautiful and practical because the gel beads cool down but never freeze. The inner lining resembles soft velor material and feels comfortable. The straps are attached with Velcro, adjustable and easy to put on the head. Or just lie down and you don't even have to use them. It even comes with an extra small one to wear around my neck. Great after my long night shifts with my patients screaming bloody murder all night and my head racking. Really very happy with it! Much better than a cheap drugstore ice pack.
