Works with Umidgi Uwatch 3! It's hard to find a 19mm wide strip but it works because the width of the ith side is the same and I reused the metal part. I used a small hook to pry it off my old band and put it on top of the new one. The width of the real band is about 2mm less, but that doesn't bother me. The length of the strap is shorter, but that doesn't bother me since I have small wrists. I used the third smallest slot on the old strap and it's not exactly in the middle slot on these straps.
