The dashboard view allows me access anytime from anywhere in order for my team members (who are scattered all over)to see what's going well or not so good with our customers' accounts at any given time! It also helps us keep track if there has been activity via phone calls/emails between them as we do have remote employees who work remotely but still need some support sometimes when they're having issues with their account(or lack thereof). I'm sure this would be very helpful during times where it isn't possible physically meet someone face2face. This tool can definitely make things easier by giving updates about activities done through emails /phonecalls etc which otherwise wouldn't happen without using other means like chat apps such as WhatsApp & Zoom -.-.
