Love the capacity, and look of this bag. The straps are comfortable, and it seems durable after using it 4 days total so far. Only downside: if you engage in any activities that will elevate your body temperature, you'll be sure to notice that your back will become sweat soaked from the plastic material against you. No real way around that, so I only knocked one star off of the "comfort" rating.

It is a nice backpack but it is so much bigger than it looks in the pictures. I love wanted a smaller bag but it’s still cute
