A big problem; You'll need a set of taps on hand as I had to "rethread" the threads on the clamps (to attach them to the handlebars) to get the screws in. But even with oil and rethreading, the bolts tended to twist with some resistance. I actually had to replace a screw due to thread damage. But I was finally able to install the product. However, it is possible that the item I received was the one that passed the final inspection on the assembly line. 2. I just wish the Elbo pads were a little "wider". Apart from these two points, the product is worth buying.
