great price - good quality

I was afraid to buy it and thought I could blow it all up myself without a helium tank, but it turned out great! The confetti balloons and the number balloons were my daughter's favorites. Read the instructions and you will have no problem assembling these ornaments. Think of confetti balloons: the confetti inside sticks. If you start getting stuck with static electricity, rub the balloon on your head - it worked for me.
