Review on GAGAKU by Brian Thao

I was delighted to find the GAGAKU online store, as I am a person who places a high value on play and enjoyment. Their products and customer service have left me wanting, unfortunately. The first thing I noticed was that the quality of their products varied. There were goods of reasonable quality, and others that broke after only a few usage. This was especially disheartening considering the company's purported dedication to producing only the highest quality goods. Their lackluster support for customers only made things worse for me. I contacted them because I had received a defective product, and I was confronted with long wait periods and poor responses. I got the impression that my satisfaction as a consumer wasn't a priority. Overall, I was not satisfied with the quality or service provided by the GAGAKU online store. I had hoped for a more pleasant experience, as someone who uses pleasure and enjoyment as a means of relieving stress. I regret that I cannot in good conscience endorse this business to others.
