The ease of use, the customer support is top notch. I have been able to track my schedule, job completion, etc. from anywhere and at anytime. I can also update my schedule remotely if needed. There are some modules that could be improved. For example, I'm not able to delete jobs without having to log off and log back in or close another tab. Also, it would be helpful to be able to change the way the report looks. It's quite difficult to customize the reports if you don't know how to do so. It has helped us keep track of our resources. We can see exactly where we stand for each resource. The best part about this program is that it tracks your hours, and helps you manage your time accordingly.
