I like that the system is very user friendly and has many features. A few of the features are not as user friendly as they could be. The system is working very well for us and has had no issues. I would highly recommend this product to any company looking for a full maintenance management system. I like that it is very easy to use for our small office of about 5-10 employees! It has all we need in one place which makes things easier than having multiple programs open at once when trying figure out what needs done next or where something went wrong previously etc.. The ease of use, the customer support is top notch. I have been able to track my schedule, job completion, etc. from anywhere and at anytime. I can also update my schedule remotely if needed. There are some modules that could be improved. For example, I'm not able to delete jobs without having to log off and log back in or close another tab. Also, it would be helpful to be able to change the way the report looks. It's quite difficult to customize the reports if you don't know how to do so. It…
